Face mask

When entering the Therme Bad Wörishofen, in the reception and checkout area as well as in the changing rooms, it is mandatory to wear a FFP2 mask. From entering the shower area as well as in all sanitary facilities and the outdoor area, the mask can be dispensed with. The condition is that the distance rule of 1.50 m is observed at all times.

Also on FamilySaturday as well as in the sports bath the FFP2 mask obligation applies up to the shower areas from 16 years as well as a medical mask for children and young people from 6 – 15 years. Children under 6 years do not need a mask.

Further hygiene and safety requirements

  • Maintaining safety distances in the entire spa area is our top priority. To be able to guarantee this, we have taken various precautions, such as floor markings as orientation aids. All deckchairs are adjusted to the required distance. Couples and families can lie next to each other. It is not permitted to move deckchairs by oneself. We have defined the maximum number of visitors for the pools and health baths. Please pay attention to the signs and distance markings on site. The ‘first out, then in’ rule applies to all pools and crossings.
  • In addition, our qualified team keeps an eye on the situation and makes sure that the safety distances of 1.5 m are maintained. At the same time, we encourage our guests to take responsibility for themselves so that there are no large gatherings of people.
  • We have further optimised our very high cleaning standards and clean and disinfect all areas of our spa. Hand sanitising stations are available at central points in the spa, as well as soap dispensers in the shower areas.
